In the event that you're unhappy with your purchase or wish to return it, we offer a full refund service providing the item is unused and in its original packaging. All refunds are processed within 2-3 working days of the items return.

The return postage cost is at the expense of the customer and cannot be refunded.

In the event of a fault or damage in transit please contact us to discuss the best course of action.

We aim to dispatch your mattress within 2 working days of receiving the order.  We use a 48 hour courier service as standard.  In the event of any delay a member of our team will be in touch to advise.

All mattresses are shipped vacuum rolled/packed.  Your mattress will need time to recover and return to it's correct size.  It's therefore important to unroll your mattress when it arrives and leave for between 24 and 48 hours before use.
